The #1 product for pimples

No one likes pimples and neither do i. I have oily skin and i do get breakout every now and then. I also use to get these big ones right on my nose. I was so embarrassed about it but their was nothing that would just make it disappear. Products that i tried was good but not fast enough, so finally i found something at the right time. One day while i was at school my teacher had a box of ampules that was really good for pimples. I showed her my nose and the swelling the pimple cause and she told me to use this ampule. She told me to put it on the pimple and keep the ampule in the refrigerator because the ampule will go bad in warm temperature. Well guess what i did exactly what she told me and the next day my nose was back to normal and the pain was gone. I was so shock that this product is so strong and powerful. Since that day i use this ampule on my face during the day to prevent new pimples. I guess your all wondering what product this is! Interview for a new job

Getting a job is very hard in today's economy. Some people have been unemployed for over 1 yr. So when your finally getting a job interview you have to really impress your interviewer. First off your resume should be great. Make sure you add all your experience, skills and education. If you have been unemployed for a long period of time make sure you list some type of work you have been doing. If you haven't been employed for a while chances are they might pass you by for someone else. Doing house hold chores is a job, volunteer work is also good for your resume. So for the time you were not employed add what you were doing in a professional way. Second off your image is extremely important. Survey prove that a person that dress and look appealing will get a job rather then a person that don't care about their image. Make sure your hair, nails, clothing and attitude is good. Your attitude will tell the person that's interviewing you what they should expect from you. Know whats on your resume. Research the company your applying too, and what the company is about. Know what type of job position your apply for. Also know the address and telephone number of the company. Be on time this is very important. Leave your home early just to avoid traffic or any other problem you might face while commuting. Hope these tips help you with your job and best of luck to all of you. How to get better skin with food

In today's world we are so busy that their is no time for a proper meal. I see lots of people just eating food from fast food places. Yes the food is taste but is it really healthy? No its not, everyone i see has such different skin and they have a different glow as well. They way we look is the way other people see us right! Its not easy to change your eating habits but its not east to get great looking skin with all they junk your eating either. First off water is so important to your skin, drinking water helps you from dehydration. This keeps your skin looking normal not dry, ashy & dull looking skin. So keep on drinking water through out the day. Because of our work we slack off from eating healthy, so try to follow these small things and you will see your skin will look brighter and you will fell so much better about yourself. Try to had lots of whole grains & vegetable to your diet. Here is a list of whole grains:
barley- is highest in fiber of all the whole grains 
Oats-contain a special kind of fiber called beta-glucan found to be especially effective in lowering        cholesterol.
Quinoa- is a more nutritious option for gluten free diets. May be useful in reducing the risk for diabetes.       Also helps you feel fuller longer.
Wild rice- Wild rice has twice the protein and fiber of brown rice, but less iron and calcium.
WheatHard wheat has more protein, including more gluten, and is used for bread, while soft wheat creates “cake flour” with lower protein. wheat can be enjoyed in many different forms than baked goods and pasta. Bulgur and grano.
Buck wheatThis seed is rich in a substance called rutin, an anti-inflammatory antioxidant which can improve your complexion. Rutin reduces blood pressure and strengthens blood vessel walls, and can even help prevent varicose veins.
